Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License.
• May require CPR certification within one year of employment.
• Must successfully pass all background investigations.

Responsabilités

• Maintains buildings in good condition by performing basic carpentry, electrical, painting, mechanical, welding, wiring, and plumbing work and other maintenance-related activities.
• Lubricates, checks, and adjusts equipment and machinery such as pumps, motors, gauges, valves, and air conditioners.
• Builds and installs partitions, window guards, platforms, and staging, lifting and carrying equipment or parts weighing 30 pounds.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems.
• Operates a computer to control and monitor mechanical equipment and utility systems.
