Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED recognized by TEA or regional accreditation.
• Four (4) years of experience in building/facilities maintenance, including two (2) years in supervisory or management roles.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists in trades maintenance (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and directs work activities.
• Monitors and coordinates the work of Service Contract Surveyors.
• Supervises, assigns, and reviews staff; sets performance standards and conducts evaluations.
