Job summary

Chapel Hill Nursing Center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department, ensure safety and reliability of facility systems, and coordinate scheduled repairs. The role includes organizing records, leading on-call coverage, and supporting QA and compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong maintenance technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Maintenance experience in all areas of machinery and facility repair required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department and direct staff to ensure timely, safe operations.
• Develop and implement repair and maintenance schedules for all areas of the facility and grounds.
• Organize and maintain records and logs necessary to operate the maintenance department.
• May assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Participate in facility surveys and QA programs to improve resident care support.
