Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance work in painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Possession of a valid CDL license and ability to meet DoT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–8 Maintenance Workers and assign diverse maintenance tasks.
• Plan schedules, track hours, review performance and enforce safety and procedures.
• Coordinate repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
• Prepare material lists, purchase orders and maintain inventories.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping rules and deadlines.
