Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance work across carpentry, electrical, plumbing and related trades.
• One year of general maintenance experience with upkeep of buildings, grounds fixtures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance personnel and coordinates day-to-day operations across interior and exterior facilities.
• Trains staff, schedules work, monitors quality and maintains payroll records.
• Inspects rooms daily for NHG standards and initiates work orders for repairs as needed.
