Responsibilities

• Lead facility maintenance operations for UF/IFAS FPO in the Southern Region.
• Oversee general maintenance contracts (custodial, grounds, pest control, waste, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors and central leadership to align contracts with standards.
• Support facility planning, deferred maintenance, and small remodels.
• Provide regional site support and proactive issue resolution; travel to remote sites as needed.
• Deliver training and maintain records to support compliance and operations.
