Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Staff to perform daily repairs and maintenance across offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds, and other areas as required to support a fast-paced hospitality operation.

Key duties include electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs, maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness, reporting supply needs, and ensuring regular attendance.

Qualifikationen

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour

General Purpose:

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds, and other areas as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently uses hands and reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and in areas with fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

No certifications or licenses are required.

Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or coworkers, and the manuals for the equipment associates may use are in English).
