Phoenix Country Club in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. The role involves performing general repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural systems, with an emphasis on reliability and high standards.

You’ll work full-time (40 hours) with benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, and employee meals during shifts, contributing to a premier private club

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or a minimum of two years of related building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas and outdoor furniture.
• Maintain interior common areas and perform light cleaning.
• Learn and support operation of building systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and report repairs or supplies to supervisor.

As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas, including:
• Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
• Sweeping walkways and entry areas
• Picking up litter
• Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including:
• Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and light cleaning
• Arranging furniture as needed
• Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.

Minimum Qualifications
