Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus four years in professional construction trades or maintenance, with at least one year in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with site personnel and subcontractors to schedule work orders, estimate costs and coordinate deliveries.
• Communicates with personnel and external contacts to exchange information and resolve issues.
• Inspects facilities and systems to ensure safety and cleanliness and perform repairs.
• Installs cabinetry, doors, hardware, windows and other complex components.
• Maintains inventories and operates maintenance equipment safely.
• Prepares routine records and work orders and coordinates with management.
