Job summary

Premium Production is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist in Hildale, UT to handle daily work orders and perform basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.

You will inspect grounds, ensure sanitation per 21 CFR 111, and maintain safety standards while lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather conditions. A strong emphasis on detail and reliability is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or a similar trade role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Practical knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with cGMP or food safety standards (21 CFR 111) is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform active manual labor, indoors and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills to receive tasks and log completed work orders.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to manage a daily list of priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, locks, and fixtures.
• Inspect and clean plant grounds, parking lots, and walkways for safety and cleanliness.
• Follow 21 CFR 111 to keep space sanitary and prevent contamination.
• Monitor plumbing, drainage, sewage, and handwashing stations for safe operation.
• Dispose of trash, waste, and hazardous materials per safety standards.
• Track inventory for tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Spot safety hazards or malfunctions and report to the manager.
