Celerity Integrated Services is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Associate in Quakertown, PA. The role combines janitorial and groundskeeping tasks, requiring physical stamina for interior and outdoor work. Duties include cleaning, basic maintenance, inventory, and assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Janitorial, custodial or maintenance for facilities.
• Must possess a good mechanical aptitude.
• Computer literacy and MS Office experience.
• Valid PA drivers license with the ability to obtain a CDL medical is a plus.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks, trailers, material and equipment is a plus.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate mobile apps for time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting interior spaces.
• Ensure the building and grounds are operational, safe, and well-kept.
• Keep trash receptacles emptied.
• Minor repairs and maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Stock cleaning products and office supplies.
• Identify, report damaged or stolen property.
• Promote health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with Safety department to keep facilities safe.
