The role combines janitorial and groundskeeping tasks, requiring physical stamina for interior and outdoor work. Duties include cleaning, basic maintenance, inventory, and assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Janitorial, custodial or maintenance for facilities.
• Must possess a good mechanical aptitude.
• Computer literacy and MS Office experience.
• Valid PA drivers license with the ability to obtain a CDL medical is a plus.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks, trailers, material and equipment is a plus.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate mobile apps for time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the building and grounds are operational, safe, and well-kept.
• Keep trash receptacles emptied.

Celerity, a telecommunications/construction company located in Quakertown, PA is currently seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our growing team. Basic duties include cleaning office, warehouse and grounds spaces, performing some lawn maintenance and light maintenance. This role combines janitorial and groundskeeper tasks, requiring physical stamina for both interior and outdoor work in various conditions. Other duties include assisting other departments as required, including vehicle shuttling for maintenance and repair, inventory counting, deliveries, etc.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 6AM to 3PM. These hours are subject to business needs and coverage for assigned duties. This position may occasionally require additional off hours or weekend work. Hours need to be flexible based on business needs.
