Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience performing facility-related maintenance.
• Able to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Detail oriented with good documentation skills.
• Familiar with Maximo for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Performs plant facility and grounds maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintains interior and exterior of plant in a neat and functional manner.
• Outside contractor site coordinator.
• Flexible schedule aligned to production schedules.
• Resets and troubleshoots Plant Fire Alarm System as needed.
• Vehicle maintenance and site deliveries.
• Execute scheduled PM activities (fire pump checks, filter replacements, etc.).
