Corning Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional in Kennebunk, ME to uphold interior and exterior plant facilities. The role requires hands-on maintenance, inventory control, and coordination with contractors to align with production schedules.

You will be responsible for repairs, safety, and ensuring a neat, functional environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of facility maintenance experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Familiar with Maximo and ability to create, complete and close work orders.

Mansioni

• Perform interior plant maintenance including painting and minor repairs.
• Inventory and purchasing of maintenance supplies (bulbs, patches, tiles, paint).
• Move furniture and equipment; pickup/delivery of site materials.
• Coordinate with outside contractors; flexibility for schedule due to production needs.
• Troubleshoot and reset plant systems; basic maintenance of building systems.
