The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds. The Opportunity Alliance is looking to fill the Facilities and Maintenance Specialist position within our operations department.
The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist participates in the implementation, development, and administration of programs that maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment in accordance with regulations and administrative guidelines.
The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist will also manage plant operations while monitoring and aiding in the construction, renovation, and repairs of buildings, equipment, and contents. This role is essential in maintaining the quality, compliance, and safety of all agency facilities.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: On-site in South Portland, ME
