Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance duties to complete service requests.
• Assist with heating and air conditioning systems.

Skills

Basic technical knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical)

Mechanical ability for routine maintenance

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Education

High School diploma or GED

Technical school education preferred
