Job summary

Qualifications

• One year maintenance and/or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must possess a general understanding of fire prevention and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
• Perform routine maintenance duties including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.

Skills

Basic technical knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

Mechanical ability

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Understanding of OSHA regulations

Education

High School diploma or GED
