Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Massachusetts is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility systems in a regulated medical device environment.

You will use Blue Mountain RAM, CMMS data, and asset analytics to improve uptime, support audits, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS. Experience with GMP and FDA requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability, facilities engineering, or maintenance management in GMP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for facility assets.
• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
• Prioritize work orders based on risk, business needs, and equipment criticality.
• Coordinate facility shutdowns, outages, and planned maintenance events.
• Analyze maintenance performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
