Integra LifeSciences in Massachusetts is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility systems in a regulated medical device environment.
You will use Blue Mountain RAM, CMMS data, and asset analytics to improve uptime, support audits, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS. Experience with GMP and FDA requirements is essential.

The Facilities Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities supporting facility systems, utilities, and critical infrastructure in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The role leverages Blue Mountain RAM, CMMS data, and asset reliability analytics to improve equipment performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain inspection readiness. Working closely with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS teams, the planner develops maintenance strategies, manages asset records, analyzes maintenance performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence and business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong maintenance planning expertise with a data-driven mindset. They are proficient in Blue Mountain RAM, capable of transforming maintenance and asset data into actionable insights and experienced in supporting regulated manufacturing operations. This individual can effectively balance compliance requirements, operational priorities, and reliability improvement initiatives while serving as a key resource within the Facilities Engineering organization.
Salary Pay Range:
$71,300.00 - $97,750.00 USD Salary
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
