• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance/facilities.
• Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Advanced strategic planning experience highly preferred
• Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and process mapping abilities.
• Must have experience with supplier negotiations.
• Excellent multi-tasker and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with others.
• Takes pride in the quality of their work.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute timely.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and facilities projects to rectify breakdowns and minimize disruptions.
• Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures for teams and contractors.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external contractors to minimize costs.
• Liaise with managers to coordinate scheduled activities.
• Estimate costs, time, and resources for projects; prepare work orders and monitor progress.
• Create and propose investment strategies and capital justifications.
• Lead contract negotiations on facilities topics; manage building-related projects.
