Job summary

American Repair Maintenance in Columbus, OH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our service delivery team. You will contribute to delivering high-quality commercial maintenance and customer service across multiple trades, reporting to a Territory Supervisor.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, welding, and structural repairs, plus a high school diploma or vocational certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification.
• General contractor license or electrical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service tickets in a designated territory in a cost-conscious, high-quality, timely manner.
• Maintain clear professional communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, and office staff.
• Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage.
• Follow policies to ensure safe working conditions.
• Provide own transportation and tools needed for the job.
• Be flexible with schedule, including on-call, overnight, and weekend work.
