Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance III to perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance on buildings, mechanical systems, and utilities. The role requires overseeing vendors and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

You will respond to maintenance requests, carry out electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, and maintain detailed maintenance records on a rotational schedule. Strong English communication and journey-level expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Facilities Maintenance Worker with journey-level cert or equivalent
• Six years in related field with journey-level proficiency and two years in another maintenance area
• Trade education may substitute for up to two years of experience
• English communication ability is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and follow SOPs/JSAs and policies
• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC work to keep facilities safe and functional
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment
• Oversee vendors to ensure proper work, materials, timing, and compliance with state requirements
• Repair/construct/modify building structures and equipment (roofs, HVAC, generators)
• Complete routine inspections and maintain maintenance records
• Repair equipment and replace components like electronics, painting, HVAC, carpentry, wiring
• Maintain electronics including refrigerators and air conditioning
• Dredge blockages to restore drainage in restrooms/kitchens
• Repair ceilings, walls, and fixtures; refurbish furniture and store fronts
• Ensure safety equipment is in working order and respond to emergencies
• Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal
• Provide world-class customer service and participate in safety meetings
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
