Happy State Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Technician in Amarillo, TX. The role supports maintenance across branch locations, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are kept in good working order.

The position involves routine upkeep, outdoor tasks, and responding to safety concerns during and after hours. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to effectively communicate information in person and in groups.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• General facility infrastructure upkeep and maintenance.
• Assist exterior maintenance including lawn care, power washing, and trash pickup.
• Report unsafe electrical conditions and resolve basic issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance such as filter changes and mechanical lubrication.
• Respond to emergencies during and after normal hours to address safety concerns.
• Maintain shared storage and workspace, and ensure clean, safe job sites.
