Brookdale is seeking a facilities leader to maintain and improve community buildings and grounds at its Amarillo, TX location. You will lead maintenance, housekeeping and support staff, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires an associate degree with 3–5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and life safety systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, safety, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, including hiring and evaluating performance.
• Oversees repairs and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Implements preventative maintenance and ensures compliance with codes.
• Manages budget and tracks utilities.
• Responds to resident or community emergencies as needed.
