Job summary

Lincoln Tech in New York is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Professional to respond to work orders, perform routine maintenance, and address issues to keep facilities safe and fully functional for students and staff.

This role requires hands-on handyman experience across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and a valid driver’s license. It is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General handyman experience including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance work of various facilities.
• Service onsite equipment and machinery.
• Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings and on equipment.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as required.
• Perform inventory control and tracking.
