Job summary

BronxWorks in New York City seeks a reliable maintenance associate to support our Cornerstone facilities. The role includes upkeep, safety, and assisting with beautification projects across campuses; ability to work with diverse teams is essential.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restroom sanitation, hazard removal, equipment upkeep, and responding to supervisor requests. English proficiency is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years building maintenance experience
• Proficiency in English required; proficiency in a second language preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with beautification work as necessary.
• Perform groundwork to ensure facility surrounding is free of hazards and/or debris.
• Replenish restroom supplies and ensure restrooms are sanitized hourly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, clean windows, sanitation etc. regularly and as necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
