Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the facilities operations team. You will help build, activate, and maintain advanced data centers, operating autonomously to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with engineers and internal customers, read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with building codes while delivering reliable service to users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with plumbing systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical language in schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing systems to peak operating condition and develop/update work instructions for preventative maintenance.
• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Perform hands-on shop work and on-site maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of pumps and mechanical equipment.
