Role requires 3+ years in plumbing, strong reading of schematics, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance. On-site work and safety compliance are essential aspects of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience with plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical safety and pumps is preferred.
• Ability to interpret schematics and follow codes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to maintain plumbing systems in peak condition and create detailed maintenance instructions.
• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, heating, water, and drainage systems per code.
• Perform hands-on shop or field work, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of pumps and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specs and read schematics for assembly and repair.
• Track maintenance statuses and communicate findings to customers and team.
