Slate is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner – CMMS to organize and log maintenance activities, optimize asset reliability, and reduce downtime across facilities.

You will manage CMMS data, develop PM plans with engineers and vendors, track metrics, and report on backlog, compliance, and performance. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance planning or related experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and external resources to execute maintenance.
• Maintain asset and maintenance records within the CMMS.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
• Prepare routine maintenance metrics and reports.
• Support safety, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
