Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, sanding, filling holes and joints.
• Paint surfaces with brushes, rollers or spray equipment to match colors.
• Repair and finish school district furniture.
• Lay carpet in school buildings and maintain floors.
• Operate ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment as needed.
• Receive and complete work orders and maintain records of materials used.
