Pima County's Facilities Management department seeks a Maintenance Operations Manager to direct complex maintenance, construction, and related activities for county facilities, transportation, and drainage systems. The role requires planning, scheduling, budgeting, and supervising a maintenance workforce.

Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or civil engineering plus four years in public works maintenance or facilities management (two in supervision) are required; experience

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, civil engineering or related field plus four years' public works/ facilities management experience, incl. two years supervisory.
• Experience in planning, directing maintenance operations and budget development.
• Knowledge of Maximo and Workday software is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage maintenance, construction and related equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate division activities with other divisions, departments and supported agencies.
• Review and recommend improvements to maintenance methods and scheduling.
• Prepare the division budget and participate in department budgeting.
• Oversee contracts, specifications and submittal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with program goals, standards and specifications.
