Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities and equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate subcontracted projects, and maintain inventories to support smooth casino operations.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in a similar maintenance role preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair of boilers; electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain facilities and equipment at high efficiency.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
• Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building codes.
• Possess knowledge of boilers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
• Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

Responsible for the overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilitiesand equipment at the highest level of efficiency. Responsible for all personnel-related matters and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable safety, fire,and building codes. Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, andrepair of the electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, andmechanical equipment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/orlicenses.
