Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years experience with a contractor or in another trade.
• Graduate of trade or vocational school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance tasks across the facility.
• Responds to hot/cold service calls.
• Handles basic repairs including lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement.
• Conducts minor window and roof repairs and performs daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment.
• Assists other trades when additional support is needed.
• Performs related duties as required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years experience with contractor or related trade

Graduate of a trade or vocational school (preferred)
