Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Facilities Leader to manage the Yountville site’s buildings, infrastructure and equipment, directing on-site and outsourced teams to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance and support a top guest experience.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and IMS implementation, with a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in the wine industry including 3 years supervising a team, and SAP/eMaint proficiency. Salary is $115,000–$130,000 with a 10% target bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the wine industry.
• At least 3 years supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, environment, energy, quality and food safety leadership.
• Develop a culture prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure team participation in program requirements including policies and regulatory requirements.
• Empower teams and contractors to pursue improvements and report incidents and root cause investigations.
• Oversee safety for maintenance internal and outsourced teams and ensure risk mitigation.
• Implement and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Manage a facilities-wide preventive maintenance program and CMMS updates (eMaint).
• Coordinate outsourced service providers and establish KPIs to monitor performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely response to maintenance and incidents.
