Job summary

Chandon in Yountville seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the physical assets, buildings, infrastructure and equipment, and to drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs with an on-site team and outsourced providers.

You will ensure safety, compliance and optimal performance to support a top-notch guest experience, lead budgeted activity, KPIs and continuous improvement through CMMS such as eMaint and SAP, and supervise both internal and subcontracted staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wine industry.
• At least 3 years supervising a team.
• Experience leading facilities, safety, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business’s physical assets at the Yountville site, ensuring safe, available and compliant infrastructure and equipment.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs with on-site and outsourced providers.
• Lead vendor assessments, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
