Job summary

Qualifications

• IRGC Licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop preventative and proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain CMMS records and supervise timekeeping/payroll for staff.
• Monitor safety compliance and regulatory requirements across the facility.
• Assist with budgeting and capital project planning.
