Qualifications

• High school diploma required with progressive experience in industrial or facilities maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance employees and coordinating contractors in a manufacturing or similar facility.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building systems, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repairs across the site (production, warehouse, lab, office, exterior areas).
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and CMMS records.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, quotes, shutdowns, and safety/compliance requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track costs and variances.
• Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and ensure safe and effective work.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers, review performance and invoices.
