Job summary

Nazdar Ink Technologies in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to safeguard and maintain our manufacturing equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and lead facility improvement projects to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, planning budgets, and ensuring work complies with safety policies and permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus substantial progressive experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Experience leading maintenance employees and coordinating contractors in a manufacturing or similarly complex facility.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building systems, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and building systems.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across production, warehouse, labs, offices, and exterior areas.
• Coordinate contractors, permits, repairs, and facility projects while controlling costs.
