You will lead the facilities team, manage maintenance programs, and coordinate construction projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The role requires a BS in a relevant field, HVAC certification, and 7+ years in facilities management with 3+ years in HVAC/electrical/plumbing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• HVAC certification desirable; LEAN/Six Sigma recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations: buildings, equipment, grounds.
• Manage facilities staff, including hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews.
• Direct facility construction projects from planning to completion—scope, timelines, budget.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality services and cost control.
• Develop KPIs; conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure adherence to plant, regulatory, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead predictive and preventive maintenance activities for site equipment.
• Provide weekend/off-shift support as needed; respond to audits and corrective actions.
• Contribute to long-term site improvement plans and capital project support.
• Drive reliability improvements for equipment and processes.
• Handle corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
