Job summary

Watchale LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee service, repairs and maintenance across multiple restaurant locations. This on-site role requires leadership of technicians, coordination with vendors, and strict adherence to safety and health codes.

Ideal candidates bring refrigeration/HVAC expertise, strong project management, and bilingual Spanish/English communication. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits with an on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing, operating, and/or repairing commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and restaurant equipment.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, and able to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Able to maintain excellent organization within an ever-changing, dynamic, and unpredictable environment.
• Outstanding digital literacy, skilled in use of core Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word), comfortable in other productivity platforms and apps.
• Strong communication skills across email, text message, phone, and video, with prompt, comprehensive responses.
• Able to stand and work for shifts of 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work holidays and weekends if needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required

Responsibilities

• Set goals, metrics, and processes for facilities maintenance with leadership.
• Evaluate department performance against goals and drive continual improvement.
• Oversee maintenance operations and coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and equipment records across locations.
• Ensure OSHA, health codes, and safety protocols are followed.
• Lead technicians and porters, providing coaching and feedback.
