Job summary

Los Tacos #1 seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities across our growing restaurant locations. You will manage service, repairs, and preventive maintenance of all equipment, coordinating with vendors and internal staff to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires hands-on on-site leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to develop relationships with staff and service providers. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing, operating, and/or repairing commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and restaurant equipment.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and priorities.
• Strong communication skills across email, text, phone, and video.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to set goals, metrics, and processes for facilities maintenance.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for restaurant equipment.
• Oversee Upkeep ticketing, analytics, and data management.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacement parts.
• Schedule and manage repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Porter Supervisor for night cleaning and maintenance.
