Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years' experience in facilities management or related area OR 3 years' experience with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the working state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers, Facility Services leadership and vendors.
• Manage reporting and analytics, travel ~50% within the region, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and schedule inspections as required by codes.
