You will lead a team of technicians to ensure buildings operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably for both associates and customers.

The role requires 3-5 years of general facilities service experience with electrical/plumbing/mechanical expertise, strong leadership, and solid communication.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills to lead and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis experience.

• Travel within the region of ~50% to support facilities across sites.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership for facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and oversee inspections and permits.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance and quality.
