Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Promontory, Utah seeks a Manager, Facilities Maintenance 2 to oversee day-to-day supervision of craft teams. Lead safety, quality and productivity while coordinating with engineering and customers, and spend time on job sites to support crews.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience; or 4+ years in lieu of a degree. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided in Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in mechanical or facilities maintenance or related field.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years in facilities maintenance is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 4 years of equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Experience leading a team of supervisors and craftsmen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft team supervisors and craftsmen on a day-to-day basis.
• Interface with customers, engineering and leadership; support job sites.
• Manage timecards, safety, quality, cost and productivity initiatives.
