Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Promontory, Utah, seeks a Manager, Facilities Maintenance 2 to lead a skilled team and oversee daily operations. The role involves coordinating with engineering, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while supporting site work and field activities.

The candidate will manage timecards, conduct performance reviews, and interface with customers and leadership. A strong mechanical background and leadership capability are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience relatable to Mechanical Maintenance; Masters degree and 6+ years of experience relatable to facilities maintenance
• In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience
• 2 years of experience leading a team
• Able to acquire and maintain Employee Possessor (EP) status under the Safe Explosives Act (SEA)

Mansioni

• Supervise craft team supervisors and craftsmen daily.
• Interface with engineering to ensure work follows approved planning and uses appropriate facilities, tooling, machines and materials.
• Ensure timecards are current, support safety meetings, and monitor critical jobs.
