Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Elk Grove Village, IL to design a proactive maintenance program and lead a team of technicians. You will coordinate with facility leadership to schedule work, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes QA/QC, detailed record-keeping, and continuous improvement across facility systems. Experience with MEP infrastructure and budget forecasting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Design and implement a proactive maintenance program for facility systems.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and staff.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager(s) and Site Directors for scheduling.
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain records, QA/QC, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a proactive maintenance program that ensures optimal performance of facility systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager(s) and Site Director(s) to schedule maintenance and project work.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and provide updates to senior management.
