Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center in Kentucky seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance, grounds, and related systems, ensuring safe, clean, and functional spaces for students and staff. You will supervise maintenance staff, implement preventive maintenance programs, manage work orders, and coordinate with regional leadership to meet federal standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing facilities, equipment, and systems, handling emergencies, and maintaining documentation.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Three years maintenance experience preferred, and one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Recommends, hires, trains, supervisors, and evaluates assigned maintenance staff.
• Manage maintenance programs, preventive maintenance procedures, and work orders.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe, clean, and functional operations.
• Coordinate with state/local authorities for permits and inspections when applicable.
• Maintain blueprints and track maintenance using E-Maint system.
