Job summary

Insights Training Group, LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead center maintenance, supervise staff, and ensure safe, well-maintained facilities for students and staff. The role oversees preventive maintenance, coordinates with regional offices, and manages work orders and emergency repairs.

You will supervise maintenance staff, maintain blueprints, and ensure compliance with federal and local requirements, while coordinating with the Finance and Administration team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Three years maintenance experience with at least one year supervisory experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and evaluates maintenance staff.
• Oversees maintenance programs and work orders.
• Ensures preventive maintenance is in place for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Manages emergency repairs and after-hours support.
• Maintains blueprints and coordinates permits as needed.
• Supervises student workers in approved programs.
