Qualifications

• Three+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• Two+ years managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage salaried and hourly staff, address performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and drive profitability.
• Oversee payroll, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Prepare weekly/ monthly reports for senior management.
