Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Lancaster, TX seeks a Warehouse Maintenance & Sanitation Manager (Facility Services Manager) to lead a sanitation team and manage vendor relationships for building services, including HVAC, electrical, and utilities. On-call 24x7 due to facility criticality.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, CMMS proficiency, and a focus on cost control and service quality. Salary range $75,000–$80,000 with benefits and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Five (5) years or more equal work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Contact and lease management of Ryder facility under lease.
• Space and occupancy management and design of construction services for regional facility.
• Lead physical plant services incl. electrical, UPS, generators, HVAC, plumbing, data/voice wiring.
• Oversee exterior/interior landscaping and Environmental Services team.
• Manage facility-related contracts (HVAC, waste, elevator, etc.).
• Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity program liaison; ensure business continuity.
